Frequently Asked Questions

Do the cameras record audio?
Yes, our Home Pro and select commercial cameras have built-in microphones for audio recording. Please check local privacy laws regarding audio recording in public spaces.
What happens if the power goes out?
Standard systems will turn off. However, we recommend adding a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) to keep your cameras running during short power outages.
How many days of recording can I store?
With a standard 1TB drive and 4 cameras, you can store roughly 2 weeks of footage. Recording on motion-detection only can extend this to over a month.
