We offer FREE installation for all residential fiber plans within our standard coverage areas. Commercial installations may attract a setup fee depending on complexity.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your speed at any time instantly. Downgrades are processed at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do CCTV prices include installation?
Yes, our CCTV package prices include standard installation (cabling, mounting, configuration). Extremely large properties requiring extra cabling may incur small additional material costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Paybill), Bank Transfer, and Cheques for corporate clients. All payments are receipted immediately.
